— Arch Philosophy is a meditation in which one is guided into a visualization of their own death. An exploration of mortality, it is an experience that offers insight into understanding our unique identities, truths, hardships, blessings + wishes. The soft focus being to expand our living, here + now, while we occupy physical space on earth. Using props, a writing exercise, and the guidance of myself, participants are led into an internal + personal ceremony, and then supported through returning to the present moment. Opportunities to build intimacy within community are ripe in this setting, where there is an invitation to connect with others through our one shared, inevitable truth: that we will all change forms — that we will all die — one day. Currently, this is a traveling service and can occur by request in a quiet space (with good lighting.) The 2024 offering of this service is geared towards groups, though 1 on 1 sessions are available as it is possible in-person, or virtually. If you are hosting a retreat or gathering, organizing a community event, or looking to set up a workshop for friends or employees, please be in touch to — in-person availability for events and workshops New York, USA: May — testimonials “Elle somehow straddles the line between the wonder of the metaphysical, and the angst of the real world — one sincerely grounded foot in each, with a playful curiosity to explore either at will with you. She will make you feel perfectly at ease in your worst habits while simultaneously showing you that you are fully supported by the universe to be your best self. She arrived as a catalyst in my life, at precisely the right moment, and openly acknowledges that our meeting was no random coincidence. Elle’s presence is nothing short of a powerful and profound pull in the right direction.” “The experience I had with Elle is still vibrating within me. The images she created in my head, I had never had. Exploration of death in a loving way. So tender. I feel an evident shift in my self-love. My smile is now bigger.” Contemplating life, through visualizing death // a peaceful sorting through of our dreams and perhaps even our regrets // to enrich our awareness of how we // want to live Living funeral ceremony
