Living funeral ceremony

is a meditation in which one is guided into a visualization of their own death. An exploration of mortality, it is an experience that offers insight into understanding our unique identities, truths, hardships, blessings + wishes. The soft focus being to expand our living, here + now, while we occupy physical space on earth.

Using props, a writing exercise, and the guidance of myself, participants are led into an internal + personal ceremony, and then supported through returning to the present moment.

Opportunities to build intimacy within community are ripe in this setting, where there is an invitation to connect with others through our one shared, inevitable truth: that we will all change forms — that we will all die — one day.

Currently, this is a traveling service and can occur by request in a quiet space (with good lighting.) The 2024 offering of this service is geared towards groups, though 1 on 1 sessions are available as it is possible in-person, or virtually.

If you are hosting a retreat or gathering, organizing a community event, or looking to set up a workshop for friends or employees, please be in touch to
